In every team — be it in companies, schools or project groups — we meet on different levels: the factual, goal-oriented, personal and individual level as a person. Each team member contributes to the whole with their unique qualities and perspectives.
But how can we develop the full creative potential of our group? The potential of a team is significantly influenced by how much space each individual is given to contribute authentically. Even though we work as a team towards a common goal, we always remain individuals with our own stories, experiences and needs.
In practice, only the highest professional level is often considered, while deeper, interpersonal and personal dynamics go unnoticed. These uncertain dynamics can lead to discomfort, misunderstandings, and uncertainty, particularly in times of change.
Through process work for teams, we can make these invisible elements visible and develop them together in a creative way. By involving all levels of encounter — both professional and personal — we open up new perspectives. The result is a space in which everyone has the freedom to contribute authentically and fully exploit their potential.

Work in schools or public institutions
For schools and public institutions, I share my expertise on the nervous system in practice-oriented lectures and workshops. Among other things, participants learn:
• Functions and benefits of the nervous system
• How we react as people and why.
• How to create a fertile learning field.
• Dealing with “difficult” pupils/students
• How we can perceive and regulate our internal states.
In addition to theoretical inputs, I work in a very practice-oriented manner. There are plenty of practice options and a space for questions.
