Longing to arrive within yourself, within yourself as a man, within yourself as a human. Being natural in your existence. Being welcomed as the one you are. Becoming more and more the way you truly want to be. Creating space to listen to the quiet and shy voices within you. Being witnessed in your strength, in your vulnerability. Experiencing the Yes. And the No. Preparing fertile ground for your creative expression. From obligation to permission. Understanding your backgrounds. Getting to know yourself anew. As a man. As a human in the polar forces.
In a space of slowness and persistence, resource-oriented systemic constellations combined with body-based trauma resolution pave a way to free oneself more and more from systemic entanglements and traumas, to deep understanding and harmony with what has been experienced, to reconciliation and peace. By carefully approaching the unrecognized, the natural, original manhood can be explored in its depths and expanses. Through a new approach to oneself, closeness, intimacy, freedom and joy can be experienced.
On this day, you have the opportunity to pursue all this as a researcher. I work with the methods of systemic constellations and body-based trauma integration. You can explore your own topic in a line-up with me or be there as a representative. The seminar is open to all sexual orientations and all definitions of being a man.

Payment and cancellation conditions
After registration, you will receive a confirmation of participation.
Payment is made in cash or TWINT on the day of the event.
If you are unable to attend a seminar, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows me to plan better and possibly assign your place to someone else. The cancellation of your participation is regulated as follows:
Up to 48 hours before the start of the seminar: Free
Up to 24 hours before the start of the seminar: 50% of the seminar fee will be charged
On the day of the seminar or in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the seminar fee will be charged
Please report your cancellation via email or phone.
If you suddenly fall ill on the day of the seminar, please contact me — in this case we will find a solution, e.g. rebooking to a later seminar. Seminar fees that have already been paid will be refunded or charged accordingly, depending on the time of cancellation.
