Systemic setup combined with body-based trauma resolution in 10 levels

To be in touch with our deepest inner self, to feel, to feel real and alive and to experience intimacy in relationships are essential and existential needs of every person. This connection is often interrupted, whether due to family systemic patterns, fates, traumatic experiences, relationship problems, physical issues, or spiritual crises.

Traditional constellations are an effective means of finding a new approach to yourself and your life story, but they reach limits when it comes to traumatic experiences. In my opinion, system operators should be sensitized to body reactions and behaviours from a traumatic background in order to avoid retraumatization or intensification of dissociation. This requires solid basic knowledge of systemic relationships as well as about trauma and subsequent trauma symptoms. The willingness of accompanying participants to introspect, i.e. to observe their own psychological and physical processes and to develop personally, are important basic requirements and an essential part of the course. Systemic constellations and body-based dream solutions complement each other to form a novel therapeutic tool that enables sustainable and comprehensive support for people in crises or phases of change. As companions, we create a healing space of tenderness, slowness and connectedness. In this atmosphere of restraint, the courage grows to recognize and dissolve old structures, to take new paths that fill with joy and wonder. This enables a profound experience of wholeness that goes far beyond the family values of ties and love. Namely, the experience of inner leadership that inspires and encourages you to perceive the unheard, the original, the essential. The resulting participation in a larger whole opens up new spaces of being and access to spiritual awareness.

Level 1: Systemic Basics

There is magic in every beginning... Starting sequence: getting involved, overview of the structure/content/objectives, motivation and goals of the participantstheory

  Definition of the family system, internal order in the system, the personal conscience, the collective conscience, the morphogenetic field, effect of the field in constellations, role of proxy, systemic positioning, making the invisible visible, acknowledging what is, looking at the big picture, resource and solution orientation
